About the Team hiring

As Graitec is transforming, structuring and scaling up, we are building a new and central HR team that will have the mission to enable Talents & Organizations to succeed their transformation and make Graitec realising its planned growth through professional, global & consistent HR solutions, agenda and business partnership. The team just hired its CHRO who is excited to build fast HR capacity so the team can deliver on its ambitious agenda!

Role purpose/Objective

  • Deliver end-to-end quality of talent acquisition cycle & candidate experience – from talent attraction and long term/ proactive sourcing to candidate onboarding – to maximize Graitec performance in talent acquisition

Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the full life cycle recruitment including: sourcing, screening, interviewing and placing high-quality candidate across a variety of positions.
  • Work closely with the Talent Acquisition Director to develop and execute recruitment strategies aimed at generating proactive candidate flow
  • Identify candidates by utilizing multiple strategies including LinkedIn, job boards, social media and networking.
  • Run an efficient and thorough interview process to select candidates who meet our high standards while delivering a great candidate experience
  • Ensure our hiring process is efficient by collaborating with all departments, maintaining a pipeline of candidates and always looking for ways to improve
  • Assist with onboarding once the candidates are hired
  • Develop a diverse pool of candidates who are not only interested in the market we serve but really believe in our mission and values
  • Support and help grow the company’s diversity & inclusion initiatives

Required experience

What you must have done already:

  • Bachelor’s + degree or equivalent.
  • 8+ years’ previous experience of corporate and/or agency recruiting experience including sourcing and full life cycle recruiting, operating at Multinational Corporation (MNC) global standards
  • Significant experience working and recruiting across multiple international teams and cultures – really and virtually – ideally with Tech companies
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills, and possess a strong ability to educate, influence, and persuade.
  • Proficiency in sourcing + recruiting end to end
  • Self-motivation and the ability to use your own initiative
  • Thrives when under pressure with the ability to adapt in a changing environment
  • Ability to think outside the box and solution approach to a situation

Required skills, abilities & qualifications

  • In-depth knowledge of candidate sourcing techniques for active and passive candidates.
  • Strong technical skills, digitally savvy and proficient use of ATS, LinkedIn, social-media recruitment platforms
  • Highly collaborative, able to effectively engage and support specialist teams fully leveraging their capabilities and enabling them to be successful
  • Professional attitude, fun loving and enjoys working with a diverse group of people
  • Self-starter with strong customer service orientation
  • Highly structured with strong attention to detail while coming up with pragmatic solutions
  • Strong relationship skills and comfortable working in an environment with tight deadlines and imperfect information (working in the gray
  • Fluent English Speaking is required for all roles at Graitec enabling the team to collaborate worldwide!

GRAITEC is seeking experienced, full-time C++ Software Developers willing to work and learn in a young and competitive environment.

Job description:

  • Actively participating in the development of the company software;
  • Ensure clear and structured programming, keeping performance, maintenance and compatibility requirements in mind
  • Ensuring minimal testing of developed applications;
  • Correct the bugs determined by the quality control team
  • Providing application maintenance;
  • Suggest improvements whenever necessary

Ideal Candidate:

  • Fluency in English (spoken/written)
  • Results driven, focused on delivering quality work
  • Ability to work as part of a team with good communication skills
  • Very good problem solving & troubleshooting skills

Relevant experience

  • Bachelor’s degree/student in computer science, computer engineering or equivalent
  • Proficiency in C++, with fair knowledge of the language specification;

  • Strong 3D math skills
  • Good knowledge of C# and WPF will be a plus

Job responsibilities:

  • Testing the capabilities of calculation / design software, detecting possible issues and reporting them to the development team, in order for these to be fixed;
  • Providing national and international technical support for customers or resellers
  • Conducting effective training sessions for groups of professionals
  • Providing documentation for various software, writing technical specifications and designing user interfaces
  • Writing documentation (Frequently Asked Questions-type documents, technical articles) on different subjects, to help users understand, in detail, the capabilities and workflows for various software
  • Coordinating with other employees to obtain technical details, optimize designs, and resolve issues

Ideal Candidate

  • Technical skills in structural analysis of industrial or civil structures (concrete or steel)
  • Knowledge or experience in using a software package for building design
  • AutoCAD 2D and 3D knowledge / experience

  • Strong communication skills, for dealing with both technical & non-technical employees/clients

Job responsibilities:

  • Testing the capabilities of Advance CAD, detecting possible issues and reporting them to the development team, in order for these to be fixed;
  • Create and configure dynamic blocks, by drawing the geometry, adding parameters and actions, to define what will happen to the geometry when it is manipulated;
  • Associate the parameters from the dynamic blocks with the parameters existent in the calculation and design software;
  • Configure and customize logical conditions in the database, for the defined parameters (logical if/for conditions);
  • Test the proposed solutions and fix them if errors occur.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Knowledge of reinforced concrete structural elements;
  • Basic databases knowledge (at least Microsoft Access, ECDL level)
  • Advanced AutoCAD 2D knowledge / experience: blocks, attributes, dimensions, styles, layers etc.
  • At least an intermediate level of English use;
  • A fair level of self-management, attention to detail skills and the ability to work autonomous.


In addition, the following skills are considered assets:

  • Knowledge about AutoCAD dynamic blocks;
  • Minimal knowledge in using logical operators or expressions and evaluating conditional expressions.

  • Testing the capabilities of Autodesk Advance Steel and associated software, detecting possible issues and reporting them to the development team, in order for these to be fixed;
  • Providing national and international technical support for customers or resellers;
  • Conducting effective training sessions for groups of professionals;
  • Providing documentation for various software, writing technical specifications and designing user interfaces;
  • Writing documentation (Frequently Asked Questions-type documents, technical articles) on different subjects, to help users understand, in detail, the capabilities and workflows for various software;
  • Coordinating with other employees to obtain technical details, optimize designs, and resolve issues.

Ideal Candidate:

  • AutoCAD 2D and 3D knowledge / experience
  • Knowledge of steel structural design, 3D modelling design, connections detailing and fabrication drawings

  • Strong communication skills, for dealing with both technical & non-technical employees/clients

  • Experience in using a computer and the main software packages (Office)

  • Knowledge of civil or industrial building design (concrete structural design)
