Role purpose/Objective

The Controller must act as a Financial Business Partner to the Country Manager. His / Her mission is to ensure compliance with local rules and regulations and report to the Group while respecting the Group Corporate Policies and the deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Reporting and control analysis in a timely manner:
    • preparing accounts and tax returns
    • prepare balance sheets, profit, and loss statements, and other financial reports
    • auditing and analyzing financial performance
    • ensure the accuracy of financial statements and records, as well as their compliance with laws and regulations
  • Cash Flow Management
  • Yearend statements
  • Bank relationships
  • Maintaining the relationship with external auditors and providing information/reports required by the auditing firm
  • Processes improvement and automatization
  • Contract management: insurance/rent/ car rent according to Group policy
  • Relationships with Corporate Finance Team
  • Legal tasks with the help of the legal advisor: Shareholder’s meeting/ merge
  • Budget planning and forecasting: monitoring spending and budgets + compiling and presenting financial and budget reports
  • Implementation of new Information Systems
  • Segregation of tasks mainly for payments
  • Local budget gatekeeper

Required experience

  • University degree in Economics/ Accounting;
  • Minimum 5 years of previous professional experience in accounting and finance;
  • Knowledge of Romanian accounting and tax legislation;
  • Experience with accounting software (SAGA);
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX / Microsoft Dynamics for Finance and Operations is considered a plus;
  • Excellent knowledge and experience with Excel;
  • Good analytical skills and ability to work under tight seasonal deadlines;
  • Good organizing skills, attention to detail, accuracy, and diligence at work.

What you must have done already:

  • Proven work experience as a Content Manager in B2B environment;
  • 5+ years of experience;
  • You must know BIM technologies and building, construction or architecture industries;
  • Significant experience in managing engaging technical and marketing content according to targets;
  • Very significant experience of digital content and particularly technical content database;
  • Significant experience in adapting/translating content for different countries.

About the Team hiring

You will be part of the Leadership team reporting directing to the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO). You will lead an international team of Solution Sales representatives and Technical experts focused on growing the business of the FABRICATE Solution Line.

The hero product sold by this group is called “Advance Workshop” (formerly Arma+) and counts 8200 seats , across multiple customers in more than 15 countries. Advance Workshop is a Product Management system dedicated to the construction industry and helping manufacturers to optimize and streamline their production process, from ordering goods to managing stocks, driving NC machines, loading trucks, delivering construction sites and managing plannings.

 

Role purpose/Objective

Your role will be to define, own and execute the best strategy for growing the business of the Solution Line you are in charge.

Depending on the maturity of the product in the various geos where Graitec operates, you will setup the Solution Line sales team or animate the existing one, you will develop (together with the team) a strategy to penetrate the market, secure our position and gain market shares against competition. You will also lead a global team helping you to create marketing activities (in collaboration with the corporate Marketing group) and drive sales excellence. Your will engage strongly with the Product team for providing feedback and contributing to Product strategy decisions.

Graitec operates in a matrix framework environment where Solution Sales representatives collaborate with territory teams (“Account Sales representatives”) who are helping to connect to customers in a framework where success is shared.

You will report regularly to the CxO team and join meetings with your peers under CRO supervision. As part of the global leadership team, you will also have an exemplary role for all employees of the group.

Local Solution Sales representative and Solution Technical experts will report “strong line” to local Country Manager and “dotted line” to you.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide insight and influence budget definition for your Solution Line
  • Deliver the expected figures (revenue, margin, EBITDA) as defined per the yearly budget
  • Define marketing and sales strategies for achieving targets
  • Engage with the global Marketing team for developing specific lead generation campaigns and actions
  • Partner with Country Managers for maximizing synergies between Solution Lines and local territory teams
  • Coach, coordinate and help Solution Sales to run the sales process and deliver success
  • Monitor KPIs and grow team performance (leads, pipe, close rate, etc.)
  • Engage with key customers and represent Graitec headquarter everywhere it is required
  • Follow-up customer satisfaction and eventually define corrective actions
